I wouldn’t know
how much fun learning can be,
satisfying to the brain and heart,
filling me with essential knowledge
I can use all my life.
I wouldn’t know
some teachers stand out from others
in their desire to maximize
students’ potential
for educational fulfillment,
success and happiness.
If I hadn’t had you as my teacher,
I just wouldn’t know.
